Progress CEO Testifies before House Committee on Financial Services

Washington, DC
Today at 4pm EST Don Graves, CEO of Progress Through Business, testified before the subcommittee on Oversight and Investigations of the House Committee on Financial Services in regards to diversity in the financial services industry. A distinguished panel of witnesses from fortune 500 companies, smaller firms and foundations testified as to the state of the diversity in the industry. Mr. Graves addressed higher turnover of CEOs and other top leadership in larger institutions as hindrance in the ability of companies to implement meaningful policy change pertaining to diversity.
